Benj Pasek, born June 9, 1985, is an American composer and lyricist recognized for his collaborations with Justin Paul. Together, they created music for acclaimed films like La La Land and The Greatest Showman, as well as the Broadway hit Dear Evan Hansen. Pasek is one of the few artists to achieve the EGOT, having won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award.
