EXO 28 is the perfect monitor for those who demand the highest standards for their audio systems. Whether in large studios, immersive productions, or high-end mastering suites, the EXO 28 stands for confident performance and maximum control. Thanks to its controlled dispersion characteristics, the EXO 28 is also perfectly suited for immersive setups such as Dolby Atmos. To simplify mounting, the EXO 28 is equipped with four M6 threaded mounting points on the bottom side of the enclosure.

The innovative Precision AirMotion Tweeter combined with an advanced GDC Waveguide ensures an ultra-wide sweet spot, perfect stereo imaging and a homogenous dispersion. The specially developed EXO Precision AirMotion Tweeter, combined with the GDC Waveguide (Guided Directivity Control), ensures clean, wide-ranging dispersion and stable imaging – even at high listening levels and in acoustically complex environments. It enhances stereo imaging and spatial coherence in immersive formats like Dolby Atmos. The ultra-lightweight polyamide AMT ensures lightning-fast transient response, high efficiency, and crystal-clear high-frequency reproduction with minimal distortion.

Equipped with a powerful 8" CAL woofer (Coated Aluminium), the EXO 28 delivers ultra-deep bass, outstanding transient response, and impressive dynamics – all precisely controlled by cutting-edge DSP technology. With its lightweight aluminum cone, resonance-damped dust cap, and refined magnet system, the woofer delivers accurate, dynamic playback with exceptionally low distortion.

The airflow-optimized LDE enclosure (Low Diffraction Enclosure) minimizes unwanted edge reflections and supports a neutral, spatially detailed soundstage – ideal for critical work in mixing and mastering. Optimized rear-facing bass reflex ports improve airflow, enabling extended low-frequency response while effectively reducing port noise.

Coming soon: The EVE Control software gives you more control over your room - in real time. You can adjust the monitors individually to your room, make the finest settings and optimize the perfect sound for your production. Especially with immersive setups such as Dolby Atmos, the software guarantees precise placement of the sound sources.

A rear-mounted OLED display combined with an integrated SMART Control Knob enables highly intuitive and user-friendly operation.

All critical system parameters are clearly presented on the display, while the encoder allows precise adjustment of key settings such as output level, room adaptation filters, and input source selection. EXO 28 provides easy access to software control, precise calibration, and future-proof firmware updates, allowing for real-time adjustments directly on the monitor without interrupting your creative flow.

On the front panel, the illuminated ‘eve audio’ logo functions as a multi-color status indicator. It provides real-time feedback on operating conditions, including overload protection, firmware update progress, and various system states. During normal operation, the logo emits a warm white glow, indicating that the system is functioning optimally and ready for high-fidelity audio reproduction or critical monitoring tasks. You can customize the logo’s brightness to match your environment or taste.
