Fender 75th Anniversary Player II Baritone Telecaster – Extended Range Power

Designed for players seeking deeper tonal ranges, this baritone‑scale Telecaster combines vintage style with modern performance. The Fender 75th Anniversary Player II Baritone Telecaster features a 27" scale that unlocks low tunings while retaining the classic Tele silhouette.

Standout Features

What makes this model unique is its chambered ash body, which trims weight without compromising the instrument’s natural resonance, and the Player Series Alnico V single‑coil pickups that deliver crystal‑clear articulation even in the lowest registers.

Scale Length & Playability

The extended scale length improves string tension for low‑B or drop‑A tunings, giving tight low‑end response and comfortable fret access.

• The 686 mm scale provides extended reach for baritone tuning.
• Fingerboard Radius: 241 mm — relaxed curve for smooth bending.
• Nut Width: 42.8 mm — ample space for accurate fretting.

Electronics & Tone

Equipped with dual Player Series Alnico V single‑coil pickups, the guitar offers a balanced voice that cuts through mix while preserving warmth.

• Dual Alnico V single‑coil pickups deliver bright highs, articulate mids and tight lows.
• Controls: Master Volume, Master Tone — simple yet effective tone shaping.
• Pickup Selector: 3‑position blade switch — neck, bridge or both.

Hardware & Build

The instrument’s construction blends traditional Fender craftsmanship with modern updates for stability and comfort.

• An ash body provides resonance while tonal chambers reduce weight.
• Neck: maple, bolt‑on, Modern C profile, satin urethane finish — sturdy yet comfortable.
• Bridge: 6‑saddle string‑through‑body Tele with block steel saddles — excellent sustain and tuning stability.

Who Is It For

The Fender 75th Anniversary Player II Baritone Telecaster suits guitarists who want low‑tuned riffs without sacrificing clarity, from surf‑rock players to modern metal riffers. It’s an ideal choice for musicians expanding their tonal palette while staying grounded in classic Fender ergonomics.
