Elizabeth Catherine McAlpine, born on September 21, 1999, is an American singer-songwriter and record producer known for her evocative songwriting. Raised in suburban Philadelphia, she first gained attention online by sharing her music on SoundCloud and YouTube. Her debut album, Give Me a Minute, was released in 2020 to critical praise. She followed with Five Seconds Flat in 2022, featuring the viral hit Ceilings, which marked her chart debut on both the US Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100. After signing with RCA Records in 2023, she released her third album, Older, in 2024. In addition to her music career, McAlpine made her Broadway debut in 2025 as Nellie Collins in Floyd Collins.
