Savages were an English rock band from London, formed in 2011 and featuring Jehnny Beth, Gemma Thompson, Ayse Hassan, and Fay Milton. Known for their intense post-punk sound, they released two acclaimed albums, Silence Yourself in 2013 and Adore Life in 2016. Both records earned Mercury Prize nominations and charted highly in the UK and internationally. Following their final tour in 2017, the members pursued separate projects.
