Everything is all right with the prices an procedures, but last time was something wrong with the delivery. The delivery company didn't deliver the parcel to the delivery box which was pointed out and returned the parcel to the sender. Off course, they have contacts of the sender and may to inquire or ask to specify another address if the parcel is too big for the post box of theirs.
