All in all a good experience. I bought a guitar that had been previously taken out of its packaging, but it wasn't clear why. It was sold as refurbished, at a much favorable price(25% less). I received the guitar, and decided on returning it in the first week due to minor fret buzz, which could have happened when the guitar was taken out of its box, or during shipping. Filed a return, had some minor complications with this process(rather a mistake of mine), but I was able to easily contact their support, and they helped me getting through the return. After they received the guitar, I was shortly given back my money. All in all a fair experience, nothing crazy or outstanding, just what you'd expect from all companies and stores of this level.
