Uriah Heep is an English rock band from London, formed in 1969. Known as pioneers in hard rock, progressive rock, and early heavy metal, they have released twenty-five studio albums and achieved global sales of over forty million. Classic tracks include Look at Yourself, July Morning, Easy Livin, The Wizard, Lady in Black, and Gypsy. The current lineup features original guitarist Mick Box alongside Phil Lanzon, Bernie Shaw, Russell Gilbrook, and Dave Rimmer. Despite many changes in membership over the years, the group remains active, performing internationally and maintaining a strong fanbase, especially in Europe and Japan. Their album Demons and Wizards and the hit Lady in Black are among their greatest successes.
