I ordered a digital piano bundle. Product arrived in excellent condition. Free gift included! Reason for 4 stars is tgat the shipping date kept being pushed back with no explanation given. AFter a few days of this I contacted customer support who investigated the issue and discovered that one part of the bundle was not in stock in the warehouse. The agent sourced the missing item and my order was shipped the flowing day.

Ich war froh bei diesem Unternehmen noch die selten gewordenen Kopfhörer sportapro von KOSS zu bekommen. Die Ware ist tadellos, der Vesand erfolgt zügig, alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden. Der einzige Grund, warum ich nur 4 Sterne vergebe ist die Tatsache, dass ich etwas genervt war, da ich aufgefordert wurde, einen Auszug meines Paypal Kaufs nachzusenden. Dies war nötig, da ich bei der Bestellung die Hausnummer vergessen hatte. Diese Nummer war aber beim Bestellvorgang auf Paypal enthalten. Ich verstehe das Prozedere, wenn Namen oder Strassen bzw Orte zwischen Bestellung und Paypal Konto abweichen, aber in diesem Fall fand ich es einfach unnötig.
