Plastic Refill for 3D pen 3Doodler Start. A 3D pen is a pen that extrudes heated or warm plastic from the pen’s nozzle. With a 3D pen you can draw a raised graphic on a piece of paper or any flat surface. But what makes a 3D pen truly unique is its ability to “draw” in mid-air, allowing you to instantly form 3D structures right in front of you, which you can pick up and hold in your hand.

The 3Doodler Start uses a proprietary, child-friendly PCL plastic made in a manufacturing facility in Ohio, USA. Strands are made from natural substances and are biodegradable, odorless and non-toxic. They do not contain any DEHP or heavy metals. Use only the safest 3Doodler Start plastic strands. The use of other cartridges may cause damage to the 3D pen and affect its safety.

One plastic strand stretches to a maximum of ten times its original length once extruded by the pen. Start Eco-plastic strands are 15 cm long with 2,5 mm diameter meaning you'll get around 150 cm of Doodling material depending on the speed and technique.
