Emma-Jean Thackray is an English musician and DJ acclaimed for her versatility across genres. Originally from Leeds, she is now based in south London. A multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, and vocalist, she has led the London Symphony Orchestra, performed at Glastonbury, and earned accolades including Jazz FM’s Act of the Year and Album of the Year for her debut ‘Yellow’. Her 2025 album ‘Weirdo’ features her performing and producing nearly every element herself, with guest appearances from Reggie Watts and Kassa Overall. She is signed to Brownswood and Parlophone.
