FireHouse is an American hard rock band formed in 1984 in Richmond, Virginia, later relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina. Gaining major success in the early 1990s with hit singles like Don't Treat Me Bad, Love of a Lifetime, and When I Look into Your Eyes, the band became known for their melodic hooks and power ballads. Their debut earned them the 1992 American Music Award for Favorite New Heavy Metal/Hard Rock Artist.
FireHouse achieved international popularity, especially in Asia and South America, and continued to release new music and tour worldwide. The group's classic lineup included vocalist and keyboardist C. J. Snare, guitarist Bill Leverty, drummer Michael Foster, and bassist Perry Richardson, with Allen McKenzie later joining on bass. After the passing of C. J. Snare in 2024, Nate Peck took over lead vocals, ensuring FireHouse remains active on the global stage. The band has sold over 7 million albums worldwide.
