The new Fujifilm INSTAX SQUARE Link smartphone printer brings augmented reality and digital image sharing to instant photography fans.

SQUARE Link comes with a host of new, unique features designed to support creativity, including AR (Augmented Reality) printing and INSTAX Connect™, allowing fans of instant photography and printing from smartphones to personalize and share their images in completely new ways. Like all products in the INSTAX Link Smartphone printer range, the SQUARE Link offers a variety of frame templates, digital stickers and print mode options that allow the image maker to enhance their creativity with a free downloadable app.
 
Key features of SQUARE Link include:

• AR (Augmented Reality) Print - SQUARE Link offers the ability to add augmented reality features to images, including special effects, text, images, background colors, doodles, and animations. A QR code printed on the photo unlocks augmented reality content, which users can then view on and around the print by simply scanning the code with a smartphone to see the effects in action.
• INSTAX Connect - Using SQUARE Link, INSTAX Connect allows users to digitally share INSTAX images by selecting a smartphone image, adding text content and/or effects, and sending it to any connected device (i.e. smartphone, tablet, etc.). Users can add text to their images and get text responses sent back directly to the image. Recipients who are also SQUARE Link users can even print a copy of the image with or without text.
• Ability to customize INSTAX prints with picture modes, design frames and stickers.
• Like all products in the INSTAX Link Smartphone printer range, the SQUARE Link includes a number of frame templates, digital stickers and print mode options that allow the image maker to creatively enhance the image. Users can choose between two print mode options – INSTAX-Rich Mode for deep, enhanced colors and INSTAX-Natural Mode for a more classic look. Smartphone images can also be enhanced with artistic filters or by adjusting the brightness, contrast and saturation of the image. SQUARE Link users can also combine up to nine images into a single INSTAX printable collage using the app's collage feature.
• Light, portable and fast - Compact, light and with a striped texture. The SQUARE Link receives an image from the user's smartphone and starts printing in about 12 seconds, supports continuous printing, and is capable of printing about 100 INSTAX prints on a single charge via Bluetooth.
