Condenser vocal microphone with a cardioid pick-up pattern. It is equipped with a 1” diaphragm with a 3 micron gold platting, used in the best Lewitt microphones. The diaphragm is set on special suspension rubber cushions, which allows for a great shock resistance and minimum manipulation noises. It has a -10 dB pad and 80 Hz bass roll-off switch. It works in a frequency range of 20 – 20 000 Hz at 163 dB max SPL, <150 Ohm impedance and noise level of 14 dB. The microphone has a built in pop and windshield filter and a gold-plated XLR connector. MTP 740 CM is housed in a durable zinc body with a steel grille for abuse protection.
