David Andrew Burd, known as Lil Dicky, is an American rapper, singer, comedian, and actor. He rose to fame in 2013 when the music video for his song Ex-Boyfriend went viral on YouTube. Lil Dicky gained further recognition with his 2014 hit Save Dat Money featuring Fetty Wap and Rich Homie Quan, which earned double platinum status and appeared on his debut album, Professional Rapper. The album, featuring the gold-certified track with Snoop Dogg, reached the top ten on the Billboard 200 chart. In 2018, his single Freaky Friday featuring Chris Brown became his highest-charting song, reaching number eight on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2019, his charity single Earth also achieved commercial success. Beyond music, Lil Dicky co-created and starred in the acclaimed comedy series Dave, inspired by his own life.
