Mike Tyson Мерч
Michael Gerard Tyson, born June 30, 1966, is an American former professional boxer widely considered one of the greatest heavyweights in history. Known early in his career as "Iron Mike" and "Kid Dynamite", and later as "the Baddest Man on the Planet", Tyson became the youngest heavyweight champion at just over 20 years old. He dominated the late 1980s, unifying the WBA, WBC, and IBF titles and becoming undisputed champion. Tyson's early career was marked by an incredible streak of 19 consecutive knockouts, 12 in the first round, and a memorable 91-second victory over Michael Spinks.
After losing his titles to Buster Douglas in one of boxing's biggest upsets, Tyson's life took a dramatic turn with a prison sentence in the early 1990s. He returned to boxing and briefly reclaimed world titles, but controversies, including the infamous disqualification for biting Evander Holyfield, shaped his later career. Tyson remained a powerful and feared puncher, known for an intimidating style inspired by Sonny Liston, and holds an 88 percent knockout-to-win rate.
Tyson's bout with Jake Paul in 2024 became the biggest boxing event in US history outside of Las Vegas. Inducted into both the International Boxing Hall of Fame and the World Boxing Hall of Fame, he is frequently listed among the hardest hitters and most formidable fighters in the sport. Beyond boxing, Tyson became a recognizable media personality, with appearances in films like Rocky Balboa and The Hangover contributing to his lasting fame.
