The Psycho Realm is a Mexican-American hip hop group formed in 1989 by brothers Sick Jacken and Big Duke. Originally from Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico, they grew up in Los Angeles’ Pico-Union neighborhood. Known for their gritty lyrics and socially conscious themes, The Psycho Realm has become a respected name in underground hip hop.
